Studio and ordering

Hay-End Audio has a studio in Venlo, the Netherlands, where you can listen to all products. Of course you can bring your own music on CD or LP, and your own equipment if you would like to compare. This studio is similar to a normal living-room. In this relaxed atmosphere it is my pleasure to advise you on audio equipment and all kinds of related matters.

If you are interested in a particular product but want to test it at your own place: this can also be arranged.
Not all products are in stock. The speakers from ODEON and HORNmanufaktur as well as the Artephonos products are manufactured on command only (6 weeks delivery). HEA kindly requests to settle 20% of the listed retail prices in advance.
For delivery you have to settle the amount due either in cash at pick-up, or in advance via wire transfer.
HEA will happily send the products to your home (within the EU), charging no more than the transport costprice.

You may return a product within 7 days after receival. This is at your own cost and at your own risk, and only applies if the product is left unpacked. As soon as HEA has received the product in good order, the paid amount will be refunded via wire transfer immediately .
